肾素血管紧张素醛固酮系统基因多态性与原发性高血压的关系 被引量:1

摘要 原发性高血压是多种因素导致的常见心血管病之一,其相关基因的研究是近年研究的热点,而肾素血管紧张素系统在维持血压方面有着重要作用,文章就该系统中肾素基因、血管紧张素原基因、血管紧张素转换酶基因、血管紧张素Ⅱ的1和2型受体基因、醛固酮合成酶基因6个基因与原发性高血压关系的研究进展作一综述。 Essential hypertension (EH) results from comprehensive function of multiple factors, the rdated genes being a hot research issue in recent years. The renin-angiotensin system plays an important role in maintaining blood pressure. This article reviews the relationship between renin gene, angiotensinogen, angiotensin conversion enzyme, angiotensin Ⅱ type 1 receptor, CYP, and EH.
