近年来,我国大力开展了社会主义新农村建设,努力使我国走上中国特色的工业与农业协调发展、城市与农村共同繁荣的现代化道路。经过实践,全国涌现出许多新农村建设的优秀典范,文章以环北部湾地区的壮族村落、全国文明村——广西南宁市武鸣县大皇后村为个案,探析其发展模式,总结其新农村建设的成功经验,寻找其融入"中国——东盟自由贸易区"的新路径,旨在为其他地区的新农村建设提供模式参考与经验借鉴。

The whole country had appeared many outstanding models about new rural construction since that. The article take the civilized village-Zhuang minority village as a case which around Beibu Gulf area, in Wuming County Nanning of Guangxi province. Searches its development model, summarizes its successful experience about new rural construction, seeks for new way into ＂The China ASEAN Free Trade Area＂. The purpose is providing the model reference and the experience for other new rural construction area.
