摘要
文章以江苏省为研究案例,通过问卷调查,总结全省农村劳动力的四大素质特征,包括文化素养和思想水平较低,农业内外及地域分异差别大等,指出当前教育培训存在的主要问题,定量和定性相结合深入剖析农民自身需求,并提出建立长效机制、重视教育培训、健全农村社会保障体系等对策建议。
Taking Jiangsu province as an example, the paper summarizes the four characteristics of rural laborers' quality on the basis of questionnaire. Including the low level of education and ideology, there are the large differences of quality in different regions and industries. The thesis further points out the main problems in the project of education and training. Then it analyzes the farmers own requirement through quantitative and qualitative ways. At last, the paper puts forward some suggestions. Such as establishing the long-term mechanism, placed great importance on education and skills training, founding a sound social security system in rural areas, and so on.
