摘要
以苯甲酸、水杨酸、甲硝唑为模型药物,对小鼠、大鼠、兔、小猪、蛇、泥鳅、青蛙的皮肤进行Franz扩散池法的药物渗透性实验,并与正常人体皮肤进行渗透性比较研究。结果7种动物中对药物渗透性最大的为青蛙和泥鳅的皮肤;渗透性较小的为猪、兔、蛇的皮肤;大部分动物皮肤渗透性比人体皮肤大,仅有小猪皮肤与人体皮肤渗透性最为相似。因此,选择小猪皮肤作为透皮吸收研究模型,是较理想的实验动物模型。
Using benzoic acid, acetylsalicylic acid, metronidazole as model drugs and seven animal skins (mouse, rat, rabbit, pig, snake, loach, frog) for experimental material, the invitro skin permeability of drugs was undertaken in Frans diffusion cells.Under the same conditions the animal skins were compared with human skin in the rate and amount of the drug permeability.The results showed that the skin permeability of frog and loach was rapid and that of pig, rabbit and snake was slow.The drug permeability through the human skin was lower than the experimental animal skins.In the seven animal skins, the permeability properties of pig skin are more similar to that of the human skin than other animal skins, it can be regarded as a good animal model for the study of percutanous permeability.
