摘要
目的:研究不同时期桔梗的折干率和总皂苷含量,为杜梗的采收期确定提供依据。方法:药典方法测定总皂苷。结果:二年生和三年生桔梗在10月折干率和总皂苷含量都较高。结论:二年生桔梗在10月即可采收。
Objective： To study the ratio of humid- weight contrasting dry- weight and the total sapoins, supply the reference for the harvest period of Platycidom grandiflorum（Jacq. ）A. DC. Methods： The total sapoins were determinated according to the CP 2005. Results： The ratio and total saponins of biennial and triennial Platycodom grand iflorum （Jacq.）A.DC can be harvested in October.
