摘要
目的:优化选择桑叶中总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺。方法:采用正交实验法,以提取液中总黄酮含量为考察指标,对影响总黄酮提取工艺的因素进行了研究。结果:实验设计三因素中超声时间有显著影响。结论:桑叶总黄酮的最佳超声提取工艺为用20倍量50%乙醇,提取30min。
Objective: to establish the optimal conditions for ultrasonic extraction of total flavonoids from Mulberry leaves. Methods: The conditions for the extraction were studied by the orthogonal experimental design as guided by the content of total flavonoids in the extract. Results: a significant effect, the time of ultrasonic extraction, was observed. Conclusion: Using total flavonoicls as a detecting index, the optimum conditions are that the concentration of alcohol is 50%, the rate of solvent to raw materials is 20 times and the ultrasonic time is 30 min.
