丹参浸膏精制工艺改进

摘要 目的:通过丹参浸膏多种精制工艺的比较,以总酚为指标成分,采用比色法测定指标成分,为丹参制剂前处理提供实验依据。方法:采用水/醇法、醇/水法、酸/碱法等不同工艺的组合,进行丹参浸膏的精制。结果:所得丹参浓缩膏通过指标成分的测定,选择最佳工艺。结论:通过指标成分的测定,采用含醇量达到60%→含醇量达75%→6倍量去离子水→合醇量达85%为最佳工艺。 Objective: Through root of red- rooted salvia medicinal extract many kinds of refined comparison of craft, regard total phenol as the index composition, adopt colorimetry determine index composidon, deal with and offer experiment basis for root of red - rooted salvia preparation, Methods: It adopt water/aloohol law, aloohol/water law, the sour / alkali law, etc, Craft of association not different, the ones that carried on medicinal extract of root of red - rooted salvia are refined. Result: The income root of red- rooted salvia concentrates the lotion through the survey of the index composition, choose the best craft. Conclusion:Through the survey of the index composition, adopt alcohol content to be up to 60%→Alcohol oontent is up to 75%→Add the quantity of 6 times deionized water →It is the best croft that alcohol content is up to 85 %.
