摘要
服务外包业务的发展已经成为我国经济发展的重点,但影响其发展的重要原因之一就是专业人才的缺乏。服务外包人才培养应确立应用型人才为培养模式,通过校企合作、工学结合的途径培养服务外包专业人才的能力。
The development of outsourcing service has become the focus of China＇ s economic development. But one of the important reasons which influence its development is the lack of high-level professionals. And applicable professionals should be cuhivated as mode of training for outsourcing service by means of school-enterprise cooperation to promote their practical ablities.
