摘要
喹啉不溶物(QI)含量是改质沥青的一项重要指标。以低QI含量的中温沥青为原料,考察了热聚合时间、热聚合温度等对改质沥青软化点、QI含量等主要指标的影响规律,探求保证其它指标合格的前提下提高沥青QI含量的方法。结果表明:经过热聚合所得到的改质沥青QI含量可以达到国家二级品指标;采用焦油渣回配的方法能提高改质沥青的QI含量,可使其达到国家一级品指标;采用焦油渣回配之后,改质沥青各项指标均能达到一级品水平。
The quinoline-insoluables content (QI) is an important index for valuating modified pitch. Using the medium pitch with low QI content as the raw material, thermal polymerization experiment has been carried out to investigate the effects of reaction time and temperature on the soft points and QI contents of modified pitch. The result shows that the QI content of modified pith can reach the national second level, and all indexes including the QI content can reach the first level after adding coal tar residue.
