平湖市白沙湾至水口治江围涂工程是浙江省第一个以管袋土方结合护面结构型式的围垦工程。通过二年半时间的建设,目前本工程已完成主堤工程建设.对建设过程中碰到的难点进行了总结,同时针对工程的难点采取了一系列对策,并取得了成功.主要包括以下几个环节:主堤底层管袋、排水板插打、合龙、削坡施工、原型观测设施保护等.

Pinghu Beach Reclamation Project from Baishawan to Shuikou is the first one carried out by the combination of piping package earthwork and pavement structure, the main part of which has been finished after 2 years＇ construction. A series of resolutions to the project difficulties in the constructing process are sumarrized, including foundation piping package in the main dyke, drainage beard inserting, dyke closure, scaling construction and so on, which is useful for the similar projects.
