水下岩塞爆破技术在水资源二次开发的应用

摘要 已建水库中进行第二次开发必须要在原有的水库枢纽中增建水工隧洞,以满足防洪、排沙、扩机、城市供水和抽水蓄能等为目的开发任务.隧洞的进水口在水下深处是施工关键.水下岩塞爆破技术是扩建水工隧洞的"龙头"工程,该技术具有许多优点,特别是在进口高程很低时、多泥沙河流水库淤积的病险水库中使用该技术优点更加突出. In order to have the secondary development of built reservoirs, diversion tunnels should be constructed in the original reservoir project to ensure various of tasks, such as flood control, desihing, generating units increase, water supply and pumped storage. Among them, the construction of inlet of the diversion tunnel becomes the key point of the whole process, because it is underwater. The under- water plug blasting techniques is the vital part of water tunnel secondary development, which is of great advantage in difficult situations, taking low-inlet and serious plug for instance.
