摘要
采用"流域防洪效益宏观计算模型"计算珊溪水利枢纽工程的多年平均防洪效益,采用"有无对比法"计算典型台风年珊溪水利枢纽工程的防灾、减灾效益.珊溪水利枢纽工程多年平均年防洪效益为9312.39万元,2005年台风"泰利"台风期间发挥防洪减灾效益32740.47万元,07年台风"圣帕"期间发挥防洪减灾效益18065.43万元.
Based on macro-calculating-model of river basin flood control and presence-a.bsence-contrast method of typhoon, the results shows the benefit of disaster loss reducing of Shanxi Water Conservancy Project. The result illustrates the annual average amount of benefit is ¥9312.39 million, while the "Talim" typhoon of 2005 is ¥32740.47 million and "Sepat" typhoon of 2007 is ¥ 18065.43 million .
