Efforts on the Major Specialty with Inherence and Development

华东理工大学油气储运工程新专业在近六年的实践过程中,传承拓展,对形成专业四个方面的特色进行了建设与探索:缘石油化工而立,依石油化工而强,石油化工特色鲜明;厚基础、宽口径、重实践,努力培养富有创新精神的高素质人才;形成以专业责任教授领衔的专业建设教育创新团队;学研互动,产学结合。推进了专业办学水平的提高。

The newly established major, Oil-gas storage and transportation engineering, is six years old now. Since the founding of the major, a lot of exploration and construction have been done in setting up basic and advanced courses and the department has four characteristics. It lays stress on training highquality personnel with innovative thinking by concrete practice. Professor responsibility system plays an important role. It achieves brilliant results.
