种植体与精密附着体在上颌单侧游离端缺失修复中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的:评价XIVE种植体与精密附着体在上颌单侧游离端缺失修复中联合应用的临床疗效。方法:临床选择12例上颌单侧游离牙缺失。全部病例均为双尖牙与磨牙缺失,磨牙区距上颌窦较近,牙槽骨高度<10mm不能直接行种植术。在双尖牙区进行常规种植手术,共植入XIVE种植体24枚,并在种植体上行键槽缓压式(ASC-52)精密附着体修复。结果:随访2年,患者均感觉义齿美观舒适,固位稳定性强,咀嚼功能好。1例种植体周围炎伴附着体上有结石。结论:XIVE种植体与精密附着体在上颌单侧游离端缺失修复的联合应用中,能达到良好的修复效果。 Objective: To evaluate the clinical effects of XIVE implant and precision attachment in maxillary unilateral extension denture. Methods: 12 cases with maxillary unilateral premolars and molars missing were included in this study. The molar areas couldn't accept dental implant because the height of bone was lower than 10mm. 24 XIVE implants were placed in premolar areas and ASC-52 precision attachment dentures were fabricated. Results: All patients were followed up for 2 years. They felt comfortable and esthetical with the dentures. The dentures also showed good retention, stability and masticatary function. Periimplantitis was found in one case. Conclusion: XIVE implant combined with precision attachment could achieve satisfing result in the restoration of maxillary unilateral extension defect.
