我国职业足球俱乐部经理继续教育理论教学目标体系的研究

Study on Objective System of Theory Instruction of Chinese Professional Football Club Managers' Continuing Education

运用问卷调查法和专家访谈法,对我国职业足球俱乐部经理继续教育理论教学需求状况进行全面深入的调查,目的在于建立我国职业足球俱乐部经理继续教育理论教学目标体系,为继续教育理论教学内容的确立提供依据。结论显示:我国职业足球俱乐部经理继续教育理论教学目标体系主要包括9个方面的内容,其中职业足球专业知识是继续教育理论教学内容的核心,体育市场营销知识、社会活动知识和法律知识是主要内容,管理学知识、组织学知识、经济学知识、工具性知识和政治理论知识是次要内容。

This study investigates the situation of theory instructional demend of Chinese professional football club managers＇ continuing education deeply through questionnaires and expert interviews. The purpose is to set up the system of theory instructional objectives of Chinese professional football ＂club managers＇ continuing education, offering reference for establish- ment of theory instructional content of Chinese professional football club managers＇ continuing education. Conclusion shows that system of theory instructional objectives of Chinese professional football club managers＇ continuing education includes nine contents, of which professional football theory is core part, and marketing of sports market, sociology, legislation are more important contents, and management, orgnization, economy, instrument and politics are minor contents.
