摘要
主要采用问卷调查法,对当前上海市网球运动锻炼的开展情况进行了调查。并运用SPSS 13.0软件和"R型因子分析方法",对问卷调查数据进行了客观的统计处理与评价分析。得出了影响当前上海市网球运动锻炼开展的5个主要因素,进而相应提出了7条发展性思路与对策,对进一步促进上海市以及全国网球运动锻炼的开展具有指导意义。
In order to improve the development of tennis in Shanghai city, this research used SPSS 13.0 software and R - analysis - method to deal with the statistic impersonally. Five main influent factors of tennis exercise were acquired, then seven ideas and countermeasures were provided. This research results will give some references for the tennis exercise in Shanghai city and all over our country.
