摘要
①目的探讨动脉瘤样骨囊肿的ＣＴ诊断特征。②方法对１０例经病理证实的动脉瘤样骨囊肿的ＣＴ表现进行回顾性分析。③结果８例典型的动脉瘤样骨囊肿表现为边界清楚的蜂窝状囊实性软组织肿块，骨性包壳内缘见多弧状压迹。１例出现液－液平面，２例出现不规则细条状钙化。④结论边界清楚的骨质破坏区内蜂窝状囊实性肿块征象较液－液平面征象更有诊断价值。
Objective To study the CT features of aneurysmal bone cyst(ABC). Methods A retrospective analysis was made on CT images of 10 patients with pathologically approved ABC. Results Eight cases of typical ABC appeared as honeycomb like soft tissue bump with sharp margin surrounded by thin multi curved bone shell. One case showed fluid fluid level. Two cases showed irregular linear calcification. Conclusion The honeycomb like soft tissue bump with sharp margin within bone broken area is more useful than fluid fluid level in ABC diagnosis.
