摘要
使用电子管放大器的老式高炮在维护保障以及作战性能等诸方面已经不能满足现代战争的需要,用数字化技术改造老式高炮是迅速提升战斗力的必需手段。利用80C196KC计算机对随动系统进行PID调节和控制;利用晶闸管可逆调速回路完成执行电机的快速启动、制动和可逆平稳运转;利用计算机控制击发电路完成危界停射和大误差停射功能。通过试验证明,改造后的随动系统提高了瞄准性能、动态跟踪性能和作战性能,达到了改造的目的。
Older AA gun made use of electronic tube amplifier cannot be satisfied with the requirement of nowadays modern war in aspects of maintainance and guarantee, support, combat performances, etc.. It is necessary to improve these older AA gun by use of digital technique so as to rapidly upgrade battle effectiveness of armed forces. By means of 80C196KC computer, the servo system was adjusted and controlled by PID. By using SCR reversible speed regulation circuit, operating motor can start-up and stop rapidly, and run reversibly and smoothly. By use of computer to control shooting circuit, AA gun has functions of firing stop under the conditions of danger boundary and bigger error. Through system test and demonstration, aimming, dynamic tracking and combat performances of improved servo system were greatly enhanced, and the improvement target was proved to be successful.
