摘要 针对舰炮武器保障性评价问题,根据舰炮武器保障性的内涵,运用由Delphi法、层次分析法、灰色关联法和模糊评判法集合而成的DHGF算法,建立了某型舰炮武器的保障系统评价模型,给出了研制阶段舰炮武器保障性定性与定量相结合的评估方法,克服了以往定性评价方法的模糊性和不确定性,能更准确地为舰炮武器的保障性设计提供依据。并以某型舰炮为例,对其保障性进行了评价。计算结果表明,该方法可有效地用于舰炮武器系统的保障性评价。 Aimed at the supportability assessment problem of naval gun weapon, according to the supportability conception of naval gun weapon, the evaluation model of a naval gun weapon supportable system was built up by use of DHGF algorithm combined Meta-synthesis of improved Delphi, analytic Hierarchy process, Grey interconnect degree with Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation method integrated the qualitative method with the measurable method in the course of project definition phase of a new naval gun was given. Compared with previous evaluation method, this method can overcome faintness and uncertainty, and it can accurately provide basis for the supportability design of naval gun weapon. In the end, taking a type of naval gun as an example, its supportability design was evaluated. Calculated results showed that this method can be effectively put into use in supportability assessment study of the naval gun weapon.
