河南省城市生态安全评价及生态安全模式分析

A study on the assessment system of urban eco-security and pattern analysis of Henan Province

应用综合指数法对河南省18个省辖市的生态安全进行评价,并分析其生态安全模式。根据压力—状态—响应概念模型,从系统压力、系统状态、系统响应3个方面构建4个层次的评价指标体系。结果表明,各城市生态安全指数值为0.3518～0.4943,其安全等级处于较差与一般之间;各城市生态安全呈6种模式;中原城市群的生态安全状况在省际范围内具有相对优势。本评价系统可为城际规划布局与管理提供依据。

The present article aims to introduce the authors＇ study on the urban eco-security system in Henan Province with an analysis of its eco-security pattern. For the above research purpose, the author has built an assessment index system including 30 targets and a synthetic index method. Then, we have done a series of trial assessments over the 18 provincial cities with the eco-security models counted by SPSS 13.0. The results of our assessments indicated that the eco-security index of each of the above mentioned cities was found to be between 0.351 8 and 0.494 3, which means that the situations can be regarded between worse status and normal one. The six kinds of ecosecurity models have so far been found in the province, with the situations standing remarkably better in the middle, western and southern parts than those in the eastern parts. Furthermore, the eco-security situation of the city cluster in the south of the Yellow River proves comparatively better than those to the north of the river, for the former group can be found more favorable for the state strategy for revitalizing the central plane of the country. The results of our investigation prove to be in perfect conformity with the current reality of the province and thus the assessment system is certain to provide a scientific basis for the eco-security environment control and management.
