交易成本是新制度经济学的逻辑起点,是观察经济、社会发展的一个全新视角。文章以交易成本理论分析拥有3200多年历史的吴文化,指出吴文化的开放兼容减少了交易成本,成就了无锡的快速发展。

Trade cost is the logical starting point of new system economics and is a new perspective of the economic and social development. The paper researches into Wu culture with the history of 3200 from the theory of Trade cost and points out that the opening of Wu culture reduces the trade cost and stimulate the fast development of Wuxi.
