摘要
为了实现白度测量仪小型化、智能化,提高其测量精度和稳定性,根据d/o照明观测几何条件和单光谱光度测量法。采用单片机89C51设计了一种将测量样品与标准白板比对的新型白度测量系统.该系统可自动完成对样品的(荧光)白度、明度、(不)透明度、光散射(吸收)系数等物理量的测量.经过对原理样机的最终测试表明,该白度测试系统设计合理,性能及技术指标等基本达到设计要求.最后,提出了进一步改进的方向.
In order to realize the miniaturization and the intellectualization of the whiteness measuring instrument, to improve accuracy and stability of measurement, a new style of whiteness measuring system was designed with single-chip microcomputer 89C51 on the basis of d/o geometrical condition for illumination and observation, along with single luminous spectrum, comparing the tested sample with the standard white plate. The system completes the physical measurement of the samples automatically, such as (fluorescence) whiteness, lightness, transparence and opaque degree, scattering (absorbing) coefficient etc. The results of system testing shows that the design is reasonable, the performance and technical index can meet design requirements. At last, the improving direction was put forward.
