农村劳动力受教育水平对家庭收入的影响分析——以内蒙古伊金霍洛旗为例

Analysis of effect of education background of Ejin Horo Banner on rural labor household income——A case study of Ejin Horo Banner in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region

收入水平与受教育状况密切相关.目前,我国农民受教育水平普遍较低,在一定程度上制约了我国农民收入的持续、稳定增长.在农户调查的基础上,以内蒙古伊金霍洛旗为例,论证分析了农村劳动力受教育水平对劳动力转移、家庭收入结构、农业产业结构调整等影响,进而影响家庭收入水平.因此,为增加农民收入,解决"三农"问题,必须提高农民受教育程度,加强农村教育,改善农民受教育状况.

The income level and education background are closely related. At present, the education background of farmers in China are rather low, to a certain extent, the sustained and steady growth of income of farmers has been restricted. On the basis of household survey, it concluded that farmers＇ education background strongly affected the labor transfer, household income structure and the agricultural structure adjustment and so on, thereby affected the level of family income. It was pointed out that increasing farmers income must increase farmers educational level, strengthen rural education and improve the farmers educational conditions.
