Inherent Logic Relationship between Civil Society and Human Rights——Marx's Critical Thought of Human Rights

马克思通过对黑格尔法哲学的批判,得出市民社会决定政治国家与人权的结论,通过对资产阶级市民社会与人权之间关系的分析,强调只有消灭市民社会和政治国家,才能扬弃资产阶级人权的内在缺陷,促进每个人自由而全面的发展。

Through the critique of Hegel law philosophy,Marx drew the conclusion that the civil society determined the political country and the human rights, through the analysis of relations between the bourgeoisie civil society and the human rights ,stressed that only by eliminating the civil society and political country it was possible sublate the intrinsic flaw of the bourgeoisie human rights ,promote the free and comprehensive development of individual.
