Teachers play an important role in carrying out a course program or curricular innovation. Their point of view about the program and curriculum will influence their teaching plan and activity. Thus the study about it is very important. This paper investigates English teachers＇ viewpoint of the social needs,course program, curriculum and students＇ English ability in the local technological universities.
