简述了DNA分子标记技术的种类、原理和特点,概况了分子标记在竹类植物研究中的应用现状,并综述了分子标记技术在竹类植物遗传多样性研究的应用与前景。
The paper introduced the types, mechanism and characteristics of DNA molecular markers, and summarized the current study of DNA molecular markers in bamboo plants.In addition, the application and the prospect of using DNA molecular markers in the bamboo genetic diversity were reviewed.
