血卟啉衍生物对大鼠移植瘤放疗的增敏作用 被引量:1

摘要 ①目的探讨血卟啉衍生物(HPD)对恶性肿瘤放射治疗的增敏作用。②方法应用图象分析技术测定大鼠移植W256肿瘤单纯放射治疗组(对照组)和HPD并放射治疗组(实验组)肿瘤细胞的DNA含量。③结果实验组大鼠肿瘤细胞DNA含量为5.84±1.22C;对照组大鼠肿瘤细胞DNA含量为7.83±0.68C;两组比较差异有极显著性(t=6.37,P<0.01)。④结论HPD对放射治疗恶性肿瘤有明显的增敏作用。 Objective To study the sensitizing effect of hemotoporphyrin derivation(HPD) on radiotherapy for transplanted tumor in mice. Methods DNA contents of W 256 tumor cells in both radiotherapy group(control group) and radiotherapy plus HPD group(experimental group) were measured with image analysis technique. Results DNA content of tumor cells was 5.84±1.22C in the experiment group and 7.83±0.68C in the control group. Conclusion PHD has significantly sensitizing effect on radiotherapy for malignant tumors.
