摘要
为解决青西油田巨厚白垩系推覆体易井斜、钻压轻、机速慢的难点和第三系的提速问题,在窿12井的推覆体和Q2-37井的第三系地层实施了充气钻井技术试验。实验表明:充气钻比常规钻井能提高机械钻速30%以上,但当充气钻与复合钻相接合时,机械钻速反而下降9%。充气钻能有效地解决、封堵造壁、防塌及气/液体系转换等技术问题。
In order to tackle the difficulties like hole inclination in cretaceous nappe, light weight on bit as well as slow penetration, and the issue of increasing velocity of the Tertiary in Qinxi oilfield, aerated drilling testing was conducted in the nappe of well Ku 12 and in the Tertiary formation in well Q2 -37. Testing results showed aerated drilling can increase penetration rate by 30% compared to the conventional drilling, but when combined the aerated drilling with composite drilling, penetration rate drops 9%. Aerated drilling can effectively tackle such technical issues as plugging and wall -cake -building, anti -sloughing, and gas -liquid system conversion etc..
