浙江省两城市男男性接触者艾滋病相关知信行及HIV/STD感染状况调查

HIV/AIDS Related Knowledge,Attitude,Practice and HIV/STD Infection among MSM in Two Cities of Zhejiang Province

目的了解浙江省城市中MSM艾滋病相关知识、态度、行为及HIV、性病感染情况,为开展针对该人群的艾滋病预防工作提供依据。方法选择浙江两个中等城市,在MSM聚集的活动场所开展匿名的自填式问卷调查并采集血样进行HIV、性病检测。结果艾滋病知识平均知晓率82.6%,19.2%的被访者认为自己有可能感染艾滋病,42.8%的人曾经做过HIV检测。调查最近6个月性行为状况:有75.4%的被访者发生过同性性行为,同性性伴数2人及以上者占43.7%,每次肛交性行为安全套使用率50.5%;有12.2%与8.2%的被访者通过付钱或为了钱与同性发生性行为;18.9%的被访者与女性发生性关系,有4.1%与3.4%的人通过付钱或为了钱与女性发生性行为。7.4%的被访者最近1年出现过性病相关症状,其中不足一半的人采取了正确的求医行为。HIV、乙肝、梅毒感染率分别为3.39%、10.17%、8.47%。结论MSM艾滋病感染危险意识薄弱,不安全性行为频繁,艾滋病/性病感染率高,不正确求医行为等进一步加重传播艾滋病/性病的危险性。对MSM人群开展艾滋病预防工作刻不容缓并应注重教育的针对性、科学性和相关服务的及时提供。

Objective To learn about HIV/AIDS- related knowledge, attitude and behaviors and infection status of HIV/STD among men who have sex with men （ MSM ） , and provide evidence for targeted intervention towards this population group. Methods Anonymous self-reported questionnaires were conducted among the MSM in two medium-sized cities. Blood samples were collected for HIV and STD test. Results The awareness rate of AIDS-related knowledge was 82. 6%, and 19. 2% of the participants considered that they might have been infected with HIV, 42. 8% had had HIV test. During the last 6 months： 75.4% had sex with men, 43.7% had ≥2 male sex partners, and 50. 5% used condom every time when having anal intercourse with a man; 12. 2% bought sex from men and 8. 2% had sex with men for money; 18. 9% had sex with women, 4. 1% bought sex and 3.4% had sex for money with women. 7.4% had symptoms of STD in the last year, and less than half of them took the fight way of seeing a doctor. Prevalences of HIV, HBV and syphilis were 3. 39%, 10.17%, 8. 47%, respectively. Conclusion Self-perceived risk of HIV infection was low among MSM, and unsafe sex was frequent. With the serious AIDS/STD epidemic, the wrong way for medical care might also strengthen the prevalence of AIDS/STD. It is urgent to take targeted intervention towards MSM.
