摘要
所测电子消毒柜,以臭氧与紫外线协同作用杀菌。试验表明,当消毒柜内温度为16~20℃,相对湿度为62%~81%,作用60分钟,对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌的杀灭率达99.90%以上,但对柜下层碗上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞消毒作用2小时,杀灭率仅为42.45%~90.80%。
The electronic disinfector tested kills bacteria by synergetic action of ozone and ultraviolet rays. The results of germicidal tests indicated that when the temperature in the disinfector was 16~20℃ and the relative humidity was 62%~81%, the killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus was higher than 99.90% after exposure for 60 min, while the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on bowl placed in the lower shelf of the disinfector was only 42.45%~90.80% after exposure for 2 hr.
