摘要
检测表明,单以紫外线或130℃干热作用5分钟,对被面大肠杆菌杀灭率分别为72.63%与94.00%,对金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭率分别为70.67%与90.06%,对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽胞分别为43.53%与63.34%。以紫外线与120℃干热共同作用5分钟,对前2种细菌繁殖体杀灭率达100%;与160℃干热共同作用7分钟,对上述细菌芽胞,杀灭率达99.91%。
It was indicated in test that exposure to ultraviolet rays or 130℃ dry heat alone for 5 min killed 72.63% and 94.00% of Escherichia coli on the surface of cotton-wadding quilt, 70.67% and 90.06% of Staphylococcus aureus and 43.53% and 63.34% of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, respectively. Exposure to combined action of ultraviolet rays and 120℃ dry heat for 5 min killed 100% of the vegetative forms of the first 2 kinds of bacteria and exposure to combined action of ultraviolet rays and 160℃ dry heat for 7 min killed 99.91% of spores of above bacteria.
