摘要
经用PCR法技术检测,以辐照度值>105μW/cm2的紫外线对HBsAg阳性血清照射8小时,对HBV-DNA有一定灭活作用。煮沸10分钟,或者以75%乙醇作用1小时,对HBV-DNA灭活能力较差。
Examination by PCR technique indicated that exposure of HBsAg-positive serum to ultraviolet rays with a radiation intensity of >105 μW/cm 2 for 8 hr had certain inactivating effect on HBV-DNA. Boiling for 10 min or exposure to 75% ethanol for 1 hr was more difficult to inactivate HBV-DNA.
