肠内营养在胰十二指肠切除术后的应用 被引量：1

摘要 目的:讨论胰头十二指肠切除术后肠内营养的必要性。方法:在本科实施的胰头十二指肠切除术25例,其中15例为经术中空肠留置造口管给予肠内营养(EN)的患者,10例为经中心静脉输注营养(TPN)的患者。结果:EN组患者出院时体重减轻率为3.88%,TPN组为7.41%。结论:EN是一种较合理安全的营养支持方法。
