摘要 介绍了一种新型的测试修复材料水蒸汽透过性(WVTR)的装置和方法。用该装置测试了合成材料、羊膜、猪皮及尸体皮等13种材料在四种温度、三种溶液及“顺置水杯”和“倒置水杯”中的WVTR。结果除Omiderm、羊膜和冷冻尸体皮在30℃和37℃组间外,其余各组温度与WVTR密切相关,溶液组间WVTR没有显著差异(P>0.05);“顺置”和“倒置”组间WVTR差异显著(P<0.01)。提示本装置操作方便,结果可靠,适用于测量各种创伤修复材料及其它膜性材料的WVTR。 This paper introduces a new apparatus and method that suits to measuring the water vapor transmission rate (WVTR) of wound covering materials. WVTR of synthetic materials,amniotic membrane,porcine andcadaveric skin was measured under different conditions of four temperatures, three mediums, and 'water cup' or'inverted water cup'. The temperature was in close relationship with the WVTR except Omiderm,amniotic membrane,and cadaveric skin between 30℃ and 37℃ groups. The medium did not affect the WVTR (P>0. 05). Therewas significant difference between the 'water cup'and' inverted water cup'groups (P<0.01 ). This study suggeststhat the apparatus is easy-to-operate,reliable and suitable for the measurement of WVTR of burn wound coveringsand other membranous materials.
