摘要
目的:通过32例外耳恶性肿瘤的观察,总结其淋巴转移的临床特点。方法:分析我科手术治疗的32例外耳恶性肿瘤。10例行颈和(或)耳周区域淋巴结清扫术。结果:除外8例基底细胞癌,淋巴转移6例(25%),均为术后局部复发的较晚期外耳恶性肿瘤。转移分布:Ⅱ区、耳前腮腺区及耳后乳突区。结论:外耳肿瘤(尤其复发癌)淋巴转移并非少见,晚期或复发外耳恶性肿瘤淋巴转移率高。应手术彻底清除原发灶并积极行淋巴结清扫。
