文件是指存储在磁盘上的数据集合，每个文件必须有唯一的文件名，应用程序通过文件名对文件进行访问。VB的文件系统控件具有强大的对文件系统操作的能力。用户可以很方便地访问文件系统。VB包含三种文件系统控件：驱动器列表框、泪录列表框、文件列表框，利用这些控件，可以组成文件操作对话框，对计算机上的文件信息进行浏览和处理。
