根据卫生服务调查结果,系统描述了天津市居民医疗服务需求和医疗机构的供给状况;全面分析了天津市医疗服务的供、需关系和存在的问题;在此基础上提出了医疗机构发展的方向与对策,为制定天津市医疗机构设置规划提供了科学依据。

An investigative study describes the current status of health services in Tianjin city, including health service demand and supply, scientific, technological and infrastructure facilities, resource allocation, staffing, service quality and user satisfaction; discusses the reform measures to be taken to promote continuous high efficiency, effectiveness and quality of services as well as flexible adaptation to changing service environment; and puts forward proposals on how to formulate the developmental program of Tianjin's health services.
