医院科主任培训的调查和探讨

Management Expertise Training Course for Directors of Hospital Departments

科主任的管理能力对医院管理、医院发展起着重要作用。如何建设好科主任队伍,提高科主任的管理能力和水平显得十分重要。上海市现有12所三级综合性医院,本文调查了其中5所教学医院的科主任任期现状,通过举办科主任管理培训班,对科主任培训的需求进行了调查分析。结果显示328位科主任中任职2年以下者66人,占20.1％;参加培训的70年代以后大学毕业的科主任占71％,平均年龄为43岁,科主任对培训班的满意度为100％,并提出增加培训内容的要求。作者认为加强科主任的培训非常重要,应对培训目标、方法和内容等问题进行探讨,为医院发展打好基础,迎接21世纪的挑战。

Of 328 department directors who were from five teaching hospitals in Shanghai and were attending management expertise training courses, 66 (20. 1%) had less than two years' experience as department director, 230 (71%) with an average age of 43 years were graduates of 1970s and later, and all the participant department directors expressed full satisfaction with the training and considered that training courses with appropriate objectives , methods and contents are very important for raising their managerial ability and for facilitating hospital development.
