高位胆管癌手术治疗37例的临床分析

Clinical analysis of the operational treatment of 37 cases with hilar cholangiocarcinoma(HCCA)

目的探讨高位胆管癌的手术治疗方式及临床意义。方法回顾分析37例手术治疗的高位胆管癌的临床资料。结果手术切除者生存期为1-52个月,胆肠内引流生存期3-16个月,无手术死亡。结论高位胆管癌的手术疗效与术式密切相关,做好术前评估、选择合适手术方式,提高切除率,对提高疗效有重要意义。

Objective To investigate the effects of different operative models of hilar cholangiocarcinoma （HC- CA） and its clinical significance. Methods The clinical data on 37 patients with HCCA were analyzed retrospectively. Results Twenty - one eases experienced surgical resection with one to 52 months of survival time. 16 eases were performed biloenteral draining with 3 to 16 months of survival time. There was no operative mortality. Conclusions The operative effects of HCCA is closely related to the operative models. A complte preoperative evaluation, appropriate operative model and high excision rate are very important for improving therapeutic effects.
