摘要
通过对１９９０～１９９６年７年间南京地区１０区５县孕产妇死亡原因进行分析，讨论孕产妇死亡与社区围产保健服务之间关系，探讨如何切实加强社区保健服务，提高服务质量，有效降低孕产妇死亡率。
In this paper,the authors analyzed the causes of pregnant and puerperal death in Nanjing area(10 districts and 5 counties)from 1990 to 1996.The relationship between pregnant and puerperal death and perinatal health service in community was discussed.Some ways about strengthening health service and raising service quality and reducing maternal mortality rate in community were also studied in the paper.
