反相高效液相色谱法测定人参源胶囊中人参皂苷Rh2的含量 被引量:2

摘要 目的测定人参源胶囊中人参皂苷Rh2的含量。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:ODS-C18(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相:乙腈-水(60:40),流速:1.0 mL/min,检测波长:203 nm,柱温:30℃。结果人参皂苷Rh2在0.08~0.24 mg/mL的浓度范围内,其进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.999 2,平均回收率为9 9.7 5%(n=6)。结论本法简便、快捷、准确,重复性好,可用于人参源胶囊含量的测定和质量控制。 Objective To determine the content of ginsenoside Rh2 in Ginseng Capsules. Methods A RP-HPLC method was adopted with ODS-C18 column (5 μm, 250 mm × 4.6 mm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (60: 40), flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and column temperature of 230oc. The detection wavelength was 203nm. Results There was a good linear relationship for ginsenoside Rh2 in the range of 0.08 mg/mL - 0.24 mg/mL(r = 0.999 2) and the average recovery was 99.75% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid and accurate for the assaying and quality control of Ginseng Capsules with a good reproducibility.
