微生物甲壳质脱乙酰酶的研究进展

摘要 本文综述了国内外研究甲壳质脱乙酰酶(CDA)的概况,包括酶的微生物来源、性质、底物特性、生物学功能及分子生物学等,以及CDA潜在的应用价值。 This paper reviews the progress on chitin deacetylase(CDA)at home and abroad, such as the microbial source, property, substrate specificity, biological function, molecular biology and so on. The potential application value of CDA is also discussed.
