摘要
穿心莲内酯是爵床科穿心莲属植物穿心莲(Andrographis paniculata)提取物的主要有效成分之一,为双萜内酯类化合物。本文将穿心莲内酯的抗炎与抗肿瘤分子机制的研究进展作一综述。
Andrographolide （Andro） is one of the major active compositions in extracts from the plant Andrographis paniculata. It is a diterpene compound. The progress on molecular mechanism of anti-inflammatory and anti-tumor actions of andrographolide were reviewed.
