Thinking Dialectically on the Main Body of Public Ownership

全面把握公有制主体地位,必须正确认识和处理好公有制主体地位中质与量、静态与动态、实物形态与价值形态、整体与重点、宏观与微观等五个方面的辩证关系。公有制占主体主要体现在两个方面:一是公有资产在社会总资产中占优势;二是国有经济控制国民经济命脉,对经济发展起主导作用。因此,全面把握公有制主体地位,就应从这五个辩证统一关系全面把握以上两个方面。

To comprehensively grasp the main body of public ownership, it is necessary to understand and deal with it from the quality and quantity, the static state and dynamic state, the physical form and value form, the whole and key, macroscopic and microscopic and so on. The main body of public ownership mainly manifest in two aspects： firstly, the public property occupies the superiority in the total social property： secondly, the state economy controls the lifelines of the national economy, and plays the doninant role in the economic growth. Therefore, in order to comrehensively grasp the main body of public ownership it is important for us to do it from the five dialectical relationships to comprehensively grasp the above two aspects.
