摘要
本文从卫生学的观点出发，对云南省双柏县大庄及鄂嘉２个典型农业乡１９８５－１９９５的１１年间的计划生育服务进行了成本－效果案例分析，结果显示，远离县城的鄂嘉乡创计生所后与乡卫生院密切配合提供的常规计生服务优于巡回在服务，而距县城较近的大庄乡则以乡卫生院提供常年孕前型服务其成本－－效果比更佳。因而，乡级生育健康服务模式应结合各地具体情况而定。
This paper reports the cost - effectiveness ratios of family planning services in Dazhuang and Ejia townships of Shuangbai County, Yunnan Province of China. Viewing from costs per averted birth, the routine family planning services provided by Family Planning Service Station and hospital in Ejia township which is far from County Town are better than mobile services,while those provided by Township Hospital are better than other models in Dazhuang township which is near to County Town. Therefore, the models of reproductive health services at township level should be flexible according to various situation.
