云南省农村“结合型”村级生育健康服务模式案例研究

A case study of an integrated reproductive health service pattern at the village level

云南省姚安县的若干行政村近年出现了将计划生育、妇幼保健及妇联工作相结合的村级“结合型”生育健康服务模式。本研究探索了该服务模式产生的历史背景及过程,并对其利与弊进行了调研和讨论。

This paper reports results of a preliminary study oh the integrated reproductive health service at the village level in Yaoan County of Yunnan Province. In each of some administrative villages in this typical agricultural county, a woman has been selected and trained to serve the villagers as the village maternal and child health care worker,family planning advocator and women's care. This study reports the background of this service pattern,the attitudes to this service of the local women.governmental officials as well as the providers,and outlines the advantages and disadvantages of this integrated pattern at the grassroots level.
