摘要
１９９４年９月至１９９５年１月在湖北地区调查工人、农民、知识分子共９８３６人，结果显示：糖尿病（ＤＭ）和糖耐量低减（ＩＧＴ）的患病率分别为２９７％和２０１％；ＤＭ和ＩＧＴ的患病率均随着年龄的递增而升高，尤以４５岁以后中老年人增加更明显；男性与女性之间患病率无差别；脑力劳动者的患病率明显高于体力劳动者；同时，肥胖、高血压、高脂血症也是ＤＭ的高危因素。
? A general survey of diabetes mellitus (DM) and impaired glucose tolerance (IGT) was performed in Hubei province, September 1994 to Jannuary 1995. The total number of workers, peasants and intellectuals examined was 9 836. The results showed that the prevalences of DM and IGT were 2.97% and 2.01% respectively, and increased with age significantly, especially after 45 years old. The rates of DM and IGT were higher in mental workers than in physical workers (P<0.05) and there was no difference in male and in female(P>0.05). The investigation also indicated that obesity, hypertension and hyperlipidemia were dangerous elements
