急性白血病患者外周血和骨髓单个核细胞内微量元素的变化

The Changes of Trace Elements in Monocytes of Periphral Blood and Marrow Liquid in Acute Leukemia Patients

摘要 测定了28例急性白血病患者外周血和骨髓单个核细胞内铜、锌、镍、硒含量,结果表明:外周血单个核细胞内锌含量降低(P<0.05)、镍含量和硒含量升高(P<0.01),骨髓单个核细胞内铜含量升高(P<0.01),锌含量降低(P<0.05)、硒含量升高(P<0.05),外周血和骨髓单个核细胞内Cu/Zn比值增大(分别为P<0.01和P<0.01),认为微量元素的变化与AL发生可能存在某种本质联系。 he levels of several trace elements in monocytes of peripheral blood and marrow liquid were determined from 28 patients with acute leukemia. The results shows that there appeared lower zinc (P<0.05) and higher nickle and selenium (P<0.001) in monocytes of peripheral blood. There appeared higher copper (P<0.05), lower zinc (P<0.05) and higher selenium (P<0.05) in monocytes of marrow liquid, and copper and zinc ratio in two speciments were increased. It's suggested that some essential ralationship with changes of trace elements between acute leukemia may occur.
