摘要
应用显微外科技术，采用５种组织瓣移植、移位的方法，修复拇指皮肤缺损伴骨、关节、肌腱外露患者，取得较好疗效，重点讨论了显微外科修复的适应证及各种皮瓣移植的应用范围。对于拇指皮肤缺损伴骨、关节、肌腱外露者，应争取Ⅰ期应用皮瓣移植或移位方法修复。
Thumb is very important for hand function. Its length and function should be recovered after injury. Since 1980,the transplantation of 5 kinds of skin island flaps has been applied in repairing skin defect with naded bone, joint or tendon in thumb. The results were encouraging. The indications of microsurgical repair and applied scope of various skin island flaps were discussed.
