摘要
报告６例原发性脑室出血。头痛、恶心、呕吐意识障碍为最常见症状缺乏神经定位体征。ＣＴ、ＭＲＩ等检查手段可找到病因。认为，高血压为原发性脑室出血的最常见病因，急诊脑室外引流，溶栓剂灌注等为重要的治疗手段。
In this article, We reported 6 cases of primary intraventricular hemorrhage, and reviewed the essays about primary intraventricular hemmorrhage to identify clinical features, risk factors, treatment and outcome of primary intraventricular hemmorrhage.
